Embracing YOU: Brené's 10 ways to embrace your gifts of imperfection w/ Jenny Hayes Edwards Self love. We hear this term a lot, but what does it really mean? And how do we truly live it?
Whether you're well read or a newbie to Brené Brown’s work, join us to learn how to embrace who you are by loving yourself. It's the biggest gift you can give yourself as we start a New Year.

In this two-part program Everwell’s Health Consultant, Jenny, will guide us through Brené Brown’s newly released 10th anniversary edition of The Gifts of Imperfection.
This page-turner is packed with 10 ways to truly cultivate love and compassion for yourself.  These 10 steps are at the root of most of our “issues” in modern day society contributing to stress, anxiety, depression, feelings of inadequacy, discontent and overwhelm.  We’d love for you to take a moment for yourself to read—or better yet listen to Brené herself through her audio book (total listening time is 4.5 hours)—this short + powerful book that’s all about enabling us to focus on courage, compassion and connection to create love, belonging and being “enough”.

In this interactive workshop series, you can expect Jenny to highlight aspects of Brown's text as a doorway to invite open discussion and growth for participants.

In preparation for Session 2, please read through (or listen to)  page 167 (112 min of listening).
